Keeping Watch

Like so many we keep a watchful eye on the coming storm, praying for the best...

Longing for those moments when the ocean's steady rhythm calms my inner world....
Beauty and power, a compelling force...

I just love seeing Bailey so intent as she looks out over the ocean, kind of like we feel :-) Love that last photo, it makes me yearn...

Your photos are soooo beautiful Kellie! I just saw them over on Bren's post. You are a gifted photographer. My goodness, between you and Bren, I'd say God poured out the creative gene in abundance when he created you all.

Your images of dog and flowers are so peacefully powerful against the backdrop of awe-inspiring ocean! Pure visual poetry, enhanced by your words.

Hi Kel .... Thanks so much for your recent comments on my Little Birds blog, and for faithfully visiting. I know how busy life can be, and I truly appreciate your leaving some words when you can. Your photos are beautiful. I love seeing your dog looking out over the ocean. There are so many wonderful things in our lives to be captured, if only our eyes are opened to see them. It's amazing how powerful a picture can be; how it can speak to us way down deep in our souls. And it means so much when a picture that has spoken to us also speaks to one of our friends. Such a gift. Praying all is well with you. Hugs .... Frances
